Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Majestic Auto Group d.o.o. and the Renter. By booking a vehicle, the Renter accepts these terms.
2. Rental Conditions
The minimum age for rental is 21 years. The renter must hold a valid driver's license that is at least 2 years old. For luxury vehicles, the minimum age is 25 years. A valid ID card or passport must be presented at vehicle handover.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (20%). Payment is due at vehicle handover by credit card, debit card, or cash (EUR). A deposit of 200-500 EUR (depending on vehicle class) is required at pickup.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellation or no-show will be charged the first day's rental fee.
5. Insurance
All vehicles include basic insurance (CDW) with an excess. Additional insurance packages (Plus, Premium) with reduced or zero excess are available. Insurance coverage applies within Serbia. Cross-border travel requires a separate permit.
6. Vehicle Usage
The vehicle may only be driven by the registered renter or an additionally registered driver. Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.
7. Liability and Damages
The renter is liable for all damages to the vehicle during the rental period that are not covered by the chosen insurance. Damages must be reported immediately.
8. Applicable Law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. The place of jurisdiction is Belgrade, Serbia.
